Founder and CEO

Florence

Drawing on her expertise in the hotel and aviation sector, she has notably advised major international service companies on accommodation and transport solutions and has also participated in the development of the EMEA markets.

Florence is an accomplished professional in international HOTAC negotiation.
After being in charge of management, sales and operations for SAGA AIR in 2009, she founded FBS PARTNERS in 2012, a consulting company specializing in airline accommodation management (HOTAC).
Drawing on her expertise in the hotel and aviation sector, she has notably advised major international service companies on accommodation and transport solutions and has also participated in the development of the EMEA markets.
Since the creation of FBS PARTNERS, Florence has aimed to develop and sustain loyal and solid relationships with its customers and partners.

Business Development Manager

Marie

Marie is responsible for the relations between partners and clients of FBS PARTNERS.
Driven by strong human values and a service-oriented mindset, she naturally embarked on a career in the hospitality sector.
She has worked as a head waiter and quickly managed various restaurant teams.
Her experience in the hospitality industry is a major asset for establishing contacts between international hotels and airlines by identifying their respective needs.
She also handles sourcing, tendering, and quality control during hotel site inspections.

COO

Stéphane

Stéphane began his career over 30 years ago as a pilot and later transitioned to management positions. He has worked for 7 different airlines in 6 countries and has been approved by 3 European CAAs for 'post-holder' roles (ground and flight operations).
Over the past 18 years, he has held the position of Director of Operations at Air Calédonie, Airlinair, FlyBaboo, and VLM Airlines. Additionally, he owns a consulting company and has provided operational support and training to several airlines in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
From 2015 to 2023, he served as the Director of Quality Assurance at Quali-audit. Stéphane is an IOSA Lead Auditor for IATA, authorized to conduct audits in the areas of ORG, GRH, CGO, and SEC.

Laura is our Account Manager. She is responsible for the relationships between FBS partners and clients alongside Marie.

With a strong background in business school, Laura has specialized in business development, which has allowed her to acquire the necessary skills to drive growth and foster valuable connections in the industry.
Her passion for human values and personalized service naturally led her to this position.

Finance Manager

Vincent

Passionate about data management, his role within the FBS Partners team is to facilitate smooth communication and streamline processes to ensure maximum efficiency.

His diverse background, professionally in notarial accounting and data analysis, combined with rigorous university training, has allowed him to gain solid experience in the fields of accounting, management control, and management.

Curious and open-minded, he will be your privileged contact for monitoring accounting/billing matters.
